When you contact Coda Piano School, request information, submit a form, enroll in lessons, opt in to communications, or otherwise communicate with us, we may collect the personal information you choose to provide, including your name, student name, parent or guardian name, email address, phone number, mobile phone number, lesson-related details, scheduling information, billing-related information, and message content.

For spam prevention and basic security, we may also receive technical details such as IP address, browser, operating system, and verification information from Cloudflare Turnstile.

How we use it

We collect contact information so we can respond to inquiries, schedule lessons, manage enrollment, provide customer support, send lesson and account-related updates, communicate about billing-related matters, and protect the website from abuse.

Text messaging and SMS

Coda Piano School's SMS program is only for currently enrolled students and their parents or guardians who submit the dedicated Lesson Reminder SMS Opt-In form. Mobile phone numbers in this program are used only for reminders about upcoming scheduled piano lessons.

The general contact form and trial-request forms do not enroll anyone in SMS. SMS opt-in is voluntary, and consent is not a condition of enrollment or purchase.

Message frequency varies based on the lesson schedule. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.

Sharing of personal information

We do not sell or rent your personal information.
